In August, 2004 I returned to my Broadcast Television career, joining the staff of Tulsa's WB(UHF Channel 19, Cable 12) as Commercial Director/Producer. Ah, but the TV Biz is everchanging these days! In October, 2005, Griffin Communications LLC (who owns KOTV The News on 6 in Tulsa and KWTV News 9 in Oklahoma City) announced that it would purchase Tulsa's WB from Cascade Broadcasting. In December, 2005, the purchase was finalized and approved by the FCC and I became an employee of Griffin Communications LLC. I produced commercials and promotions for both KOTV The News on 6 and CW 12 until September 2007. |
