Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, I resided in Tulsa, Oklahoma for over fifteen years after traveling from market to market in the midwest and on the west coast doing Broadcast Television. I was a HomeDad for twelve of those years caring for my son who has ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) while doing freelance on-camera talent / video production in the area.
In August, 2004 I returned to my Broadcast Television career, joining the staff of Tulsa's WB (UHF Channel 19, Cable 12) as Commercial Director/Producer. Ah, but the TV Biz is everchanging these days!

In October, 2005, Griffin Communications LLC (who owns KOTV The News on 6 in Tulsa and KWTV News 9 in Oklahoma City) announced that it would purchase Tulsa's WB from Cascade Broadcasting. In December, 2005, the purchase was finalized and approved by the FCC and I became an employee of Griffin Communications LLC. I produced commercials and promotions for both KOTV The News on 6 and CW 12 until September 2007.

In September, I left the stations and moved to the Lake Eufaula, OK area to launch my own production company, WYR Creative.
